A: On rare occasions this can occur, you should manually quit the application by following these instructions:
To restart the app, do the following steps: - Press the home button to get back to the main apps screen - Double-tap the home button to bring up the taskbar at the bottom. - Locate the TE Tuner icon there (swipe if necessary), then press and hold the icon until the red remove indicators appear. - Press the red indicator on the TE Tuner icon to kill it. - Press home button again to return to normal operation - Start TE Tuner again In almost all cases restarting the app will solve the issue. In rare cases, when other applications are still in conflict with TE Tuner, a device reboot might be warranted. Press and hold the sleep button until it asks to turn off, do so, then power the device back on.
